muslim misguiding
people who have become
spirtual vigilantes
a tazbi a skull cap
a religious goatee
showing by their
suicidal bombings
their hatredness
for all things Islamic
killing innocent people
innocent pilgrims at Karbala
the blood that flows
the limbless
the injured
the wounded
the dead
no this is not
Islamic
this is what is killing
Islam each day
every day
stitched sealed lips
of our religious heads
how can we be united
an Islamic Moon
divides our Idd
sectarian sacrilege
everywhere you see
faith in captivity
man cutting the branch
sitting on a tree
another man
prayer for peace
some more safety
death of a coward
killing himself
beneath the debris
dont shed tears
for humanity
a cry from
my beloved country
