Photography Got A New Lease On Life ..., a photo by firoze shakir photographerno1 on Flickr.
Everywhere old men ladies young kids holding a DSLR and I am not talking about the millions with their mobile phones .

The media bigwigs with phallic lenses jutting out fro their sense of importance and guys happily shooting with a 50 mm ..

And the worst was the Press guys and the bad Press Enclosure management the worst of its kind with no overseer no discipline justt a sea of chaos , where all the top guns stood on chairs not allowing others to shoot at all , rude arrogant and brusque ...

And it hurt me no sense of sharing or sence of brotherhood among the Press wallahs I am lucky that I am a blogger and dont have to go under the desk to have my picture published ..Life Sucks and Photography..too.

I shot and whatever peoples views on Balasaheb as a politician I shoot his as a human being an iconic leader and first and foremost as a lover of India above all things.

I Catch The Last Journey of Shree Balasaheb Thackeray Below The Bandra Mahim Flyover, a photo by firoze shakir photographerno1 on Flickr. I walked from Bandra till below the bridge and caught up with the cortege here the crowds were huge increasing as others kept joining in with slogans of Shree Balasaheb amar Rahen.. and I kept pushing my way helped by people to climb walls , trucks on Mahim beach.. and the disciplined sad crowd helping me at every step, I had my Bandra Times Press Card on my person..thank you Clarence Gomes.

The Mumbai Police added a feather in its cap , it was their day today and they made us proud these humble men in Khaki most of the on their legs for several days.
I shook hands with the constables and thanked them on the way.

All in all it was a sad day for everyone Shree Balasaheb roared in Death too.. and leaders like him are only born once in a lifetime .. but leaders like him dont die they become legends living , alive on the soul of human consciousness.
