Dr Glenn Losack MD shaved of his hair , as he has made a solemn vow with Mother India to appease her for giving him the chance to shoot her land her heritage and her people and her cultural nuance pluralism of peace hope and humanity..

This was shot at Bandra Bazar Road and Glenn as I call him loves Bandra , but he was cooped up a Rosewood Hotel Tardeo..if I had an extra room at my home I would have let him stay with me but than space has its constrains on privacy.. Glenn is part of my family ..

The one person who could not get over Glenn was my 4 year old grand daughter Marziya Shakir and Glenn is her Master Guru of photography ..and now Nerjis Asif Shakir 4 month old street photographer has been blessed by Glenn too..

This morning Nerjis Asif Shakir assisted by me shot my pictures on the Nikon D 80..

Nerjis Asif Shakir a Malang reads the moods of the camera , and this morning assisted by me I began her lessons in photography on the Nikon D 80 , made her shoot my pictures , and being a Malang Nerjis Asif Shakir overrides the mechanism in the camera with her Mind..

She is faster and more confident than Marzyia Shakir simply because Nerjis Asif Shakir is a born Malang.. we understand each other and today we visited Marziyas school with her mother , and Nerjis Asif Shakir was far too excited .. just waiting to jump of my hands onto the benches of Apostolic Carmel Convent..where she will study in a few years from now..

And the camera is a gift of God to our family , we are all bound to it in a very cosmic way.. everyone in my family can shoot pictures .. daughter Samiya is a photographer too..

But it is Nerjis Asif Shakir who will be the finest photographer this I know from the depths of my soul..

Marziyas framing is what creates the depth in her pictures , and she has yet to learn moving the lens front and back, and what Marziya sees is what God sees , her inner vision is her innocence and the stamp of her brilliance as a 4 year old self made street photographer..

The Nikon D 80 in Marziyas hand is a magicians wand she shoots pleasingly , and after she takes the shot she sees it than shows it to me for my final appraisal.. if she is not happy she will take another shot.. but I must add she is always happy with what she shoots I guess I am too crtical as a 59 year old grand father of this gifted child.

Marziya loves drawing and she is very clean all this she learnt under the tutelage of her Uncle Assad .. he taught her being an artist himself.. and now her sister 4 month old Nerjis Asif Shakir watches her avidly , sees her draw and shoot pictures .. they both hit off very well..though her mother does not want Nerjis Asif Shakir to become a photographer , the beggars the hijras and the streets the garbage that Marziya Shakir shoots gives her the creeps..
