My message sent to You Telecom Customer care

Yesterday your server crashed because of a fibre cut at Santa Cruz ,
the net was dead for several hours , today the net has crashed again
from 7 pm.. your infrastructure needs drastic change, why should we
suffer because of your company shortcomings

if there is a delay of a day you suspend our services and you dont
compensate us for the loss of our valuable time
You guys from top to below are totally insensitive to our problems ..
I think you should use the same yardstick//


I have been a member since inception of your company so this hurts
..specially on a Saturday night sitting at a cyber cafe..

There is a poem I shall post it tomorrow when service resumes tentatively at 10 tom,,

My failed net service did not resume as promised , the few techs I know have shut their phones,one guy responded that the fibre has been accidentally cut near Milan Subway and the net will start at 4 pm..It went off last evening at 7pm..
What really annoys me if there is slight delay in our monthly payments we are bombarded by SMS s and phone calls yet no call for update or apology of hampered services to the consumers of Mumbai -a very patient lot.

The worst service provider
that harasses YOU time and again
giving your cybernetic soul whiplashes
giving YOU immense pain
pain multiplied
like links in a chain
You Telecom services
going down the drain
crashing our humid hearts
our hot tempered brains
the worst infrastructure
the worst customer care
hell fire brimstone
unending fires and rain
You Telecom bosses
stuffed earplugs
insensitive to our
problems remain
20 hours will elapse
without a internet connection
simple and plain
if not to God to
whom do we complain
taking our money
driving us insane

I gave Marziya this temporary fun tattoo.. and she is excited like never before , trying to shoot the tattoo.. was one heck of a job.. as Marziya moves too much..

My internet service provider You Telecom has turned rotten once again, yesterday the net was dead for several hours because some fibre got cut at Santa Cruz, I did not grumble , but it has happened once again, this time at Bandra , You Telecom Call Center is the worst as bad as the one at Epson, after waiting for 20 minutes and being told this call is important to us, the operator came on the line ..to inform me service will resume at 10 am tom..

This is You Telecom ..it troubles us without getting rid of its recurrent problems .. we have to take it in our stride..

The bosses the top honchos literally care a damn.. its all about big bucks and new connections ..They wont even bother to read my genuine rant..

I am writing this at a cyber cafe off Bandra Hill Road..
