prayers mouse clicked
on the keyboard
of reverence

the khwajah of ajmer
their sorrows
their pain
unhealed wounds
they bare
ask for
amelioration
of their present condition
these helpless hapless
battered bruised
tattered souls who
come to the confluence
of inter rivers that meet at ajmer
swept on the shores
begging for mercy
a pinch of sprinkled
loving care .
the khwajah gives
without reservation
for the self preservation
his beloved who come
as his children
knocking the gates
of his darbar at ajmer
