On a fisherman’s handcart I stand
no net no fish just Jesus in my hand
a silver stick my magic wand..
thoughts rioting in my mind
that poetically i disband
she who says
explain more
love,
feelings of love
a healing touch
misunderstands
a wordless
cold contempt
posing as ignorance
that she commands
i hope this over bursting
reservoir in my heart
in her heart also expands
no commitments
no demands
a poetic trust
in pictorial hands
another effort to build
sandcastles in
cybernetic
wastelands.
