his future his past
his present
to me as a poet
he bares
fighting the odds of
survival who cares
a smile of his
sculpted destiny
he shares
captured by
the curiosity of
my camera
a few seconds
he did stare
in humility
in gratitude
i share

dignity of labor
noble heir
some of you are
lucky with
your dreams
