It does make us weep
The atrocities on black men they heap
The racists a promise
to their white god keep
it first began at school
when they made us recite
ba ba black sheep
calling us nigger brown man
gollywog and creep
they robbed us of our human sleep
our self respect our dignity
on a garbage heap
