As a photographer blogger I shot my cultural ethos as an Indian and as a disciple of my Photo Gurus all three Hindus Mr Shreekanth Malushte late Prof BW Jatkar and Mr KGMaheshwari , who taught me to shoot pictures touch the chord of man and Mankind ..
So my Hindu blogs are my Guru Dakshina to all three of them.. and as a poet I shoot the poetry of every mans faith including mine.
So a lot of people dont understand the mechanism of my thought and I dont blame them ..but than I shoot with my camera my vision and I shoot the religious seasons of my city .. I shoot Parsi Pateti ,Jain Michami Dukaddam, Buddha Jayanti ..14 Stations of the Cross , Adoration whatever I am destined to shoot I shoot .
I will shoot the Nasikh Kumbh if I am alive .. the other Kumbhs are too far away from home Mumbai.
As a Muslim I shoot Ramzan the fragrance of Ramzan as it touches the soul of Humanity , I shoot the Eid Namaz at Bandra Staion every year , I will shoot Idd ul Zuha namaz and the sacrifice of the goats and the bulls ..
And in Moharam as a Shia Muslim I will partake in the mourning of Hazrat Imam Hussain wear black for 2 month eight days cut my head a ritual called kamazani At Ashura 10 day of Moharam again at Chehlum 40 day of Moharam and most probably Athvi the eve Moharam ends .
I document Shiasm , and this documentation is for non Muslims and my foreigner friends , most of them now come down from New York England Denmark and other countries to shoot it along with me.
I also shoot the Urus of Ajmer I am a Dam Madar Malang .. as a follower of Imam Ali ..Ali Dam Dam.
I shoot Haji Malang Urus walking the mountains barefeet and the Urus of Makhdhoom Shah Baba Mahim and the Urus of FakhruddinShah Baba Mahim.
I shot Pushkar too this year ..
So I am stumped when people add me voluntarily on Facebook and than ask me if I am a Shia what has my photography blogging got to do with my religiosity it is my personal equation.. ..and so I hesitate to add people .
And I have other blogs too a blog on Shiasm a blog on Naga Sadhus and Kumbh Mela a blog on Poetry and a blog on transgender that I have removed from public view completely.. it is a documentation and as people see titillation I removed it ..

Every Year Mrs Punam Sinha mother of Sonakshi gives me money to give to the Pandal of Lalbagh Chya Raja that I hand over to Raju Langewal , this year to Sunil Joshi I take the receipt
And every year I carry a naryal or coconut on Visarjan day for her .I gave the naryal given to me by a Lalbagh Chya Raja volunteer to her this afternoon.
Shooting other people religion faith rituals has been my way of sharing and respecting their way of life... this is the genre of my photography..
