Late Mr Akthar Imam Saab was a paragon of Humanity , a devout Shia his house majlis bought together people from all faith , Sunnis Shias .. towards a goal of collective harmony as message of Imam Hussain..
Christians Hindus all came to hear the words of Imam Hussain at the majlis , his sacrifice his noble life his humility and it is this pwerful mantra of Peace that late Mr Akthar Imam spread through Bandra.
He was well known to the poor the rich and the elite , he was a humble slave of Imam Hussain , and he is remembered , and now his son Meezam Imam caries the mantle on his able shoulders and carries on the heritage of his father and the heritage of Hussain.

When a good man moves into the next wold he leaves behind his shadow of good deeds his footsteps of life lived in humility and perhaps in a way this is my belated obituary to him.. and my prayers to God to give immense strength to his family to bear this irreparable loss ..
