Tom Doyoulikeit is an American photographer based in California about 18 yearsold .
We met at Buzznet , in August 2005 , the time I had just joined Buzznet after being admonished by Father of Photo Blogs Brandon Stone at his forum, when I totally new to photoblogging farted out a “How to Upload Pictures..”he immediately had me evicted from the serious forum unsubscribed , though he was generous enough to let me be a PhotoBlogs Org member ,asked me to join Bloggerspot learn the basics , I did
but I also joined Buzznet.
And it was Buzznet that fleshed my soul with words an incorrigible photoblogger .I was a good photographer, but was new to the written word, all this writing culminated when I gave my pedestrian heart and soul to the Blog Goddess.
Tom Doyoulikeit, and I became friends , I was captivated by his imagery and his wordless poetry of pictures .
But my happiness was short lived at Buzznet, my site Photographer No1 was hacked and some crazy mother fucker pushed in a few porn pictures, so the site was frozen..I did not have the controls as Steve Haldane the developer dude was checking at his end..pictures were viewable to all.
In the meantime I took another identity Commentator no1 also at Buzznet , and was hoping to move out from here as I began transferring most of my 7000 blogs to Word Press.
But in Lucknow where I went to shoot my first Ashura 10th Day of Moharam, skipping the Ardh Kumbh, I cancelled the tickets though my Naga Guru Shri Vijay Giri Maharaj was waiting for me to shoot his contigent for the last Shahi Snan.
In Lucknow I gave my visting cards to people that had all my Blog List.I came back to Mumbai, but in the meantime the Shia Wahabbi fundamentalists saw my hacked pictures and I began getting threats to my life and family..
They were baying for my blood, so that night I decided to delete all my blogs 11000,
I contacted Buzznet but they were taking their own sweet time and it was far too many blogs to delete, it is here that I appealed to Tom giving him my password so he too began deleting my posts. Deleting an account completely at Buzznet was next to impossible..
So I will never forget Tom Doyoulikeit.
I got back my Word Press account after the storm had died down, but only text no pictures, as the picture URL was Buzznet based.I began putting back the pictures from my homesite

This was one site my son Asif Shakir a soft ware programmer had blocked from public view..
One day while browsing Buzznet I was not a member I realized Tom Doyoulikeit had deleted all his pictures and left to an undisclosed destination, than I decided to come back to Buzznet to track Tom.. I took a new ID Shiathugno1..
I wrote articles on Tom I was the only one who had his profile picture..but it was tough there were far too many clones that Tom had spawned..Doyoulikeit was a commodity name on the net but no originality of the real Tom..
I joined Flickr and began blogging here and crossblogging to my other sites at Word Press and Bloggerspot..My Buzznet new avatar I left in cold storage ..
And a few weeks back Tom sent me mail , we relived the old times , I requested him as I consider him my American Guru to send me pictures that I would like to display on my Flickr Phhotostream..
So this is my tribute to a great American photographer. Tom-Doyoulikeit .and I will not forget Dr Glenn Losack MD whose photoset too are on my photostream..
This the holistic healing power of the PhotoBlog..
A greater power than mere photography ..a power to spellbind the human soul..
