we spend
money
on useless
paver blocks
useless
skywalks
but we have
no money
to rehabilitate
street kids
urchins
crumbling
rocks
without direction
become thiefs
addicts rapists
future shock
their destiny s
doors permanently
locked .. every step
a stumbling block
hang them but
first find the root
cause ..take stock
