Both he and his handler are from Murshidabad W Bengal, he is a beggar I shot for many years , a set on Flickr.com , he was operated on his eyes in Bandra thanks to the local Mosque , but the operation failed all three times,than he disappeared for 5 long years , he returned two years back, now much taller and in his teens.
They beg at the Hong Kong Bank Signal near Tiffin , or at Bandra Reclamation.
I have not spotted them this Ramzan..
