Most of the sweet chefs , sweet makers at Minara Masjid are Muslim migrants from North India Uttar Pradesh..the cogs in the wheels of the sweet Industry during and after Ramzan too.
They are the ones who sweat it out ..slog and add their touch to what you relish and eat..I guess nobody really bothers about that , inconsequential migrants of hope ,,,this is dedicated to their hardwork and sincerity .. Ramzan Mubarak,
