her karma her dharma her grit
her determination fighting
her genetic badluck
she is called lakshmi
the goddess of wealth
like a lotus born in a muck
she will be used abused
deprived of her fleshly wealth
what little is left
a bastard child
whose future
too will be stuck
fighting the odds
performing
a balancing act
in middair
waiting for some
hope of a good luck
