is a street photographer
shooting the angst
of the under privileged
their human flaws
empty eyed stares
life as they fare
next to nothing
just pain as virtue
on their naked
souls to bare
carrying the crucifix
caught in a karmic snare
god hears them alright
but the line is long
first come first served
it will be a long log
time when they reach his doors
before he answers their prayers
its the rich people who bribed their way
in front of the line with a new car
new mansions get away
god was over generous a bit
tired as they say ..when the times
comes for the poor to the rich all the goods
he has given away so the poor man in his hovel
will stay as he as always stayed
without god or gods aid a satirical poem
i wrote it through a mirror a picture
under exposed betrayed -
deliberately underplayed
