And jim, besides calling someones [more than one truth be told] a whore, he wrote more than one poem here in public in new poem list that Andrew Wilkinson slept with his Mum as well as peoples wives.
Hope you're correct about being deleted BUT under the hateful poems 'Love Poetry Hate Racism' he is number 7 on the IP list, ahead of Trade, you, Jim, so many excellent poets and he's number 21 as himself Firoze Shakir.
Doesn't say much for readers here I guess and perhaps is the reason why many have stopped posting.
Just for him to wish that PH was a photo porno site was the real Fizore, the proof of his lack of character and respect for himself or any of us on here. I'm sure there are plenty of porno sites for those so inclined but to attempt to make this site such is enough to make the Dali Lama angry had he seen it. Best to you and thankd for the mention. Your poems are beautiful.
As to Sherrie, she'll continue to outlive us all at 87 and counting and only to annoy or so she admits.

In the United States, despite the glaring punchline the current administration has made of my country, we do defend the rights of those to speak even when we do not agree with what they have to say. In the spirit of intelligent debate, I would hope that we would be able to do that here as well, but, I am often disappointed in human nature. Those with strong opinions, and even those with 'wrong' opinions (some are firmly entrenched in their beliefs and have no understanding of cultural relativity) are always met with disdain, and perhaps irrational fear, because in order to understand someone else's point of view, sometimes means our worldviews are in need of a good shake up, and sometimes, even demolition. This is not necessarily a bad thing.
I'm not easily swayed to go with the crowd. I prefer being the lone voice, the discordant note, the Devil's advocate, the last person standing to clanging noisily with a bunch of fools. That makes me feel very proud of myself and very satisfied. I understand that many of you can't stand that I am not shaken by your mob mentality. I get it. I really do, and I am tremendously amused by how much more I get to all of you than how little you get to me.
Really...if you don't like someone, don't read them. Reason? There is no amount of logic, no amount of reason, no amount of common sense, and lately, no amount of talent that will persuade this group to behave in a civilized manner. Like the nuclear arms race...the best we can hope for is a stand-off.
Firoze is no guiltier than any of the rest of you, myself included. Once everyone comes down off his/her soapbox, maybe then, we can use this forum for what it was intended: to discuss poetry.
For those of you who continue to take me oh-so-seriously, perhaps you should take up a more fulfilling hobby...something that funnels all that energy you spend on me to do something more constructive in the world.
Until discussions of poetry resume, I'm just here for the laughs.
