hiding
her anguish
within the
deep dark
crevices
of her veil
on the stormy
waters of her
cosmic fate
she set sail
held captive
life's turbulence
a muslim beggar
womans sad tale
vulnerable but
singularly fighting
the odds..weather
beaten trail
unsupported by
male dominated
muslim society
she begs to
make two ends
meet ...dreams
derailed ..the
hijab is her
defense
her protective
armor not a
jail...the cause
the effect
when the system
fails ,,
