Green is the Garden of Envy
terrorising the flowers
with hate
thorns puncturing hope
as they long for some shade
night after night
the marauders
come and raid
hidden in the soliloquy
of silence the flowers
alone and afraid
such is racism
in a mans world
a weapon that
one man uses against
another man to degrade
the color of the skin
a primal concern
dividing humanity
in a wantonly trade
where ever you run
from this cancerous disease
there is no escapade
