She Forces Her Child To Beg

176,872 items / 1,385,926 views

She did not know I had shot this picture and as soon as her child came up to me to ask for money I trained my lens on her the child, the mother was furious dont take my child's photo etc, and simply because she knows it is an offense making your child beg, and she is in the best of health , the mother . I told her why was she pushing the child in the trade but she saw everybody listening to my spiel she disappeared.

And it is really bad and even at Bandra station near the booking office there is a toddler who crawls towards the people waiting the queue fir tickets and begs he has been trained smartly..I did not have a heart to shoot his pictures I was in a big rush too.

And so I cant help but I shoot beggars I dont sell pictures so accusations by the few who think we guys make money through our pictures is water on a fucked ducks ass.

But I show you life as is where is I cant shoot mountains I dont have the money to go to a mountain and the mountain has no time to come to me.

I dont shoot insects unless you think the scums I shoot on the streets drug addicts rag pickers of that specie I wont correct you..

I cant for the fuck of it shoot sunsets or sunrise I am dysfunctional to natures elements .. I shoot rain the only season I love .

maine in bachon se poocha
bachon bade hokar tum kya bana chahoge
bacchon ne mere camere se mohit hokar jawab diya

uncle hum apki trah photographer banna chahenge
maine pareshan hokar unhe bataya ke meri trah photography
se ap kadke reh jayenge apke bacche bhuke mar jayenge
woh thoda ghabraye phir jawab diya uncle kam se
ache insan kehlayenge ...sachai dikhaeyenge

humne kaha bachon sachaie dikhaoge
toh befuzool hawalat main bandh ho jaoge
kal yug hai zamana kharab hai sachaie
dikhaoge to khub mar khaoge apne ap
ko pehchan nahi poage teacher ya master bano
usi main tumhari bhalie hai age nikal jaoge
aur bachon ka mustakbil banoage
woh nam kamayenge unke hirday main
tum kabhi na kabhi yad aoge
phoolo phalo doodoh nahoge

in the orbs
of children s eyes
a poets
doomed destiny
both the children
the poet enslaved
pretending
to be free
but bound
like waves
in an ocean
holding
a pond
a stream
a river
a sea
upheavals
rise fall
the story
of humanity
to be
or wish
not to be

kehne ke liye
sapna jo netaji ne
dikhaya sunhera tha
ungli par siyai lagane
ke bad kuch nahi badla
wohi ghuta hua gam
wohi ganghor andhera tha
jis pe mohr lagai thi
us chehre ke peeche
koie dusra chehra tha
kambakht waqt tehra tha
am admi ke gale
main katon ka har
netahji ke sar
par resham ka
sehra tha
age peeche
commando
ka pehra tha
aur chamchon
ke hathon main
netaji ki party
ka pherera tha

yeh bat aur hai ke netaji paydashi lutera tha

The Pain of A Child

pictures frames
within frames
as they slide
move forward
backward
caught in a grid
a moment
i captured
on the soul
of my cosmic
consciousness
before it slid
i caught
the pain of an adult
in the soul of a kid
within the meshes
of innocence camouflaged
well hid i almost skid
a pain like a spark
from her pain
into my pain
entered the doors
of my eyelids
a poetic pause
as it backslid
why do men
infect their
perversion
on the innocence
of little children
even babies and kids
a crime not just
humanity
but god forbids

My Pictures Are About The Nameless Who Live On The Streets

born
forgotten
held captive
in the soul
of a camera
cute hardy
petite not
bothered
about success
or defeat
only the next
morsel
if and when
it comes
they will eat
a craving
stomach
humongous hunger
silky sweaty heat
disheveled
hair dirty body
soul unsullied
children of a god
who has forgotten
them no remedy
i capture moments
of their life moments
vacuous incomplete
sometimes they have
slippers i am barefeet
poems for my thoughts
my soul wearied
on the soul of a poet
in words copied
what you see
is what you read
