live their life
unafraid
in ankle
deep waters
of pain sorrow
they wade
only death
gives them
the desired
upgrade
silence
of the lamb
only when
in their graves
they are laid
funeral charges
unpaid .. as
madmen are
born losers
in commerce
in trade
only only
if he had
not fallen
for the
barmaid
who got
caught
by the
moral police
in the surprise
wee hour raid
for soliciting
prostitution
got jailed
a love
that failed
deleted
doomed
before
it set sail
