My Flickr Hijras of India set is no more visible to Flickr members or to the general public.
My hijra pictures were blatantly stolen by Flickr members despite the spaceball tool,, I decided enough is enough I shall not show my pictures to public or friends. Nothing personal.
I tried to document the life of the hijra I shot over 20000 images but it is sad the hijra is only seen as a sexual object of desire and and as voyeurism.. I will not promote my pictures to be misused by this criminal minded people on the internet who have robbed the identity of the Hijras I shot used it as their own to fool the public and allegedly to use for prostitution rings in various Yahoo hIjra groups..
I have blocked my Hijras of India website on Wordpress too.
This is my form of protest and neither has Flickr customercare or Yahoo Copyright been of help.. Yahoo Copyright has been the least helpful..and some sort of policing is required to keep our pictures safe at Flickr.com.
