I went to town last evening and this quintessential kite lane was in great form , all lit up for Makar Sankranti , I shot all this including a 10 Safar Shia juloos that starts from Shia Khoja Masjid and ends at Moghul Masjid late night and shot the zanjir matam too .

This Patangwale Chacha has his kite shop close to Mogul Masjid and was totally packed , the kite selling showed no sign of abating, Chacha is a very congenial polite man a very devout Muslim and I have known him since several years.
