BEST bus conductors are mostly portrayed as villains , rude , and itching to get into a fight with the passenger already harried by life and its problems , but this gentleman was polite extremely courteous helpful and human.
I decided to take his picture to add him to the heroes of my blogs in the turbulent city of Mumbai.
