Sheer Korma - Idd Mubarak

The sheer korma was placed on our dining table and Asif my elder son recited prayers of Thanksgiving ..called Nazar in Shia parlance.
Ramzan had come to an end, but if Ramzan is such an important month of the Islamic calendar , the spirit of Ramzan should be maintained in the remaining 11 months too..

Ramzan never gets over its a true statement of our Faith throughout our lives.

A path that leads us to Truth.

Ramzan is a month without sectarian strife, at least here in Mumbai the Sunnis the Shias are all under a single umbrella of Allah.. he protects us all.

I could have gone and shot the Shia Namaz on Idd Ul Fitr at the Shia Khoja Mosque , but I shot the Sunni Station Road Namaz , because Allah is universal his bounty extends to all.

And Sheer Korma sweetens the soul,, it is our offerings to our guests later supplemented by Chicken Biryani that was cooked by my wife and my two dedicated daughter in laws.

The Sheer Korma was sent to Mr Shatrughan Sinhas house , Mr Nitin Manmohans house, Shakti Kapoor , Dr BU Pai's house.

Marziya and I took it personally to Mr Rajesh Khanna's house at Carter Road.
