The New Mad Man Of Bandra Bazar Road

come
have a cup
of tea said
the madman
to me ..
irani chai
from pahelvi
madmen
are human
bought up
on a code of
honor hope
humility
only their
mind stopped
working like
it did previously
hazards of life
chain of pain
from here to
eternity
held captive
born free

The Mad Man Of Kalina

his mind
a vacuous
engine
adding
to his
flaws
his fate
caught
accidentally
in the devils
open jaws
madness
without
a cause
an urban
jungle
no laws
to stay
alive
every
moment
he claws
a rolling
stone
gathers
no moss

The Mad Lady of Lalbagh

time has been
harsh on her
waiting for
the blessings
of lal bagh chya
raja she sits
in her corner
that he will
visit her
from within
a moment
she will
respect
honor

The Mad Man Of Dongri

dismantled mind
broken down
machinery
he is human
but imbalanced
mentally
does not
need an
Aadhar card
for his banking
facility ..no designer
clothes just a gap
in his loincloth
to pee ..no
religious bigotry
no opinion
no preference
from societys
archaic anti
human laws
he is free

i shot
what i saw
i shot
what you
see

the elitist call it
street photography
capturing mental
people of india
on the soul of
humanity
adding
it to my
slam
poetry

The Mad Lady of Mahim

her mind
once sharp
clear now
with her
madness
dark and grim
she reminisces
the happier times
when he loved her
she loved him
than he came
under the tracks
of a speeding train
her world fell apart
her relatives took
away everything
that belonged
to him threw
her out on the
streets ..her
minds lights
went dim

paroxysms
of pain
a drowning straw
she cant swim
over and over
she remembers
her happy times
she remembers him

The Mad Woman Of Bandra Station

from where
she came
nobody knows
the mad woman
of bandra station
i shot up close
her faceless
pain a dying
rose .. in a
garbage
dump it
silently
grows
was this
a path
her fate
chose
all windows
locked of
her mind
airless
dark dungeon
of a corridor
what else
is in store
ask no more
constrained
forever
they
sealed
all doors

Does God Shed Tears When A Woman Goes Mad

one day
he who
loved her
left her
for the
other
woman
it hit
her
hard
he dumped
her like a
used cycle
in the backyard
her palace
of dreams
fell like a
pack of cards
she cut her
wrist ..but
survived
so they
put her in
a mental
ward
he sent her
a bouquet
of flowers
his wedding card
with best regards
she escaped
from the ignominy
of delusions
her dreams
burnt out
charred
he is happily
married now
two fine kids
while she
searches
for peace
in a junkyard
demented
deleted
doomed
discard

once bitten twice shy now she is on her guard ..her life as a madwoman totally burnt out scarred and marred .
