Blow Hot Blow Cold ...Ajmer Beckons

Every year I go to Ajmer Sharif by train..and every year I remind the guy who does my train ticket much in advance .
He did my train tickets for my two recent trips to Gwalior and Kanpur ,,and when I paid him for both the trips I again asked him to make sure he did my Ajmer tickets ,,
He simply smiled and my wife too had told him the same 3 months in advance ,,every time I passed his travel agency I again reminded his people orally and by making a note to give to this person who solely handles train tickets .
I called him several times and finally he told me he would see that I got my ticket to leave for Ajmer on Monday,, today.
I was busy getting my stuff packed and I got no intimidation I called him and he says it was not possible .. I was shocked by this lazy attitude of his all I told him if he could not do my ticket he should have called me i could have arranged it from a friend in Jaipur ,,all I wanted was Mumbai Ajmer ,, as I was going to spend a day at Ajitgadh with my friend he would be doing my return ticket ..
I called up his boss Nizar Bhai of Kalpana Travels Bandra Bazar .. the same guy whose Chemist shop was looted and I had shot the video.. He too was helpless and apologized as I am very close to his family and his brother who was handling the Agha Khan Jamatkhana at Bandra Bazar Road ,, his brother inlaw and his sister are close friends .
So now I will be going with the some guys from my area they promised to take me along ..by the 12.30 noon train.. even they dont have reservations ..
And I am not naming the guy .. but his father had died a few months back and he is not willing to come out of his mourning as he calls it ,,many a times I told him that we grieve for our departed parents but we cannot give up our work or our responsibilities ,, I mean the dead dont go away so we die too to our family our workers and friends ,,,
This is one situation that did not really make me angry I took it with absolute calm..
But I have to go to Ajmer ,, I have been beckoned ..I shall go.. come what may.

Anarkali (1953 film)

Anarkali is a 1953 Hindi historical drama film directed by Nandlal Jaswantlal and based on the historical legend of the Mughal emperor Jahangir. As per the legend Jahangir revolted against his father Akbar over his love for a common girl called Anarkali.

It was the top grossing Hindi film in the year of its release, and one of the biggest Hindi film hits in its decade.[1] Another film on the same theme was Mughal-e-Azam, made in 1960, which was again a major commercial[2] and critical hit.

Shahenshah Jalaudin Akbar is the grandson of Babur, and the son of Humayun. He is known to have ruled over Hindustan with a humane and just heart. He knew in order to garner the support of the Hindus, he must treat them sensitively, allow them to worship freely, and in order to maintain this peace, he married Jodabai, a Hindu Rajput, the sister of Raja Man Singh. Through this marriage they became the proud parents of Shehzada Salim. Akbar first met Nadira in the Anar garden, while she was awaiting the arrival of her lover. So pleased he was with her that he wanted to reward her, but she only asked for an Anar, so he ended up bestowing her with the name of 'Anarkali'. He met her the second time when she was able to revive Salim, who was seriously wounded in a war in Kabul. Once again Akbar was pleased with her, wanted to reward her, but again she turned him down. The third time she ended up annoying Akbar when she sang and danced in his court under the influence of alcohol, and he has her imprisoned. The very foundations of Akbar's palace will be shaken to the roots, and his manner of meting out justice will be put to the extreme test, when he finds out that Salim is in love with Anarkali and wants to marry her. While Akbar may have been successful to end the strife between Hindus and Muslims, but will be able to break down the wall between the rich and the poor?

I Want To Be Free

held in a prison cell
of my mind.. to be or
not to be ,,on broken
wings of my imagination
beyond time and space
i try to flee ..away from
this urban chaos conflicting
humanity...my world within
a world through a camera
peephole i see ..distorted
illusion s of a child hanging
from a tree misplaced hope
dreams robbed by his destiny

The Third Eye Of Shiva Either You Have It Or You Dont

You need to be born with it
A cosmic eye not your camera
Does the magic on its own
Bringing to life your tears blood
Sweat and bones ..but you can
Never find it in your mobile phone

Arjun My Friend His Mother is A Leper

I first met them begging on a cart at Bandra Bazar a few months back with their relative pushing the cart a leper too..he told me he was Arjuns uncle the leper ladies brother .
Than he disappeared and I would meet Arjun and his mother begging close to the Municipal school at a Bazar lane.
I gave them money bought icegola for Arjun he seemed to like me a lot .
Today I saw them at their usual haunt Arjun was fascinated with my rings he would not leave my hand his smile is very beautiful both mother and child are from Karnataka begging at Bandra .they are very close to the few beggar lepers that beg in Bandra .
And I love shooting beggars their world that they face with dignity they teach me lessons in humility and it is these beggars that from a louder than thou blogger made me a storyteller.
My genre is Muslim Beggars but these are a few non Muslim Beggars I shoot passionately .
I miss Maria the leper lady of Bandra I think she has left Bandra for good her place taken by her daughter Mary who sits at Boran Road a head scarf in place and most of the Muslims who pass by give her alms generously .
Tellin a story through a image was exciting once upon a time but here I accidentally shot a few minutes of video of Arjun and his leper mother .
The stories I shoot I can assure you will never be found in newspapers they dont take kindly to people who shoot pictures for the internet and I would never pimp my street pictures at Instagram
But my stories for the first time originate at Facebook I tell them to my friends here but at my other platforms Flickr Blogspot and Twitter they are for public...I don't have much regards for the rest of rhe faceless nameless Facebook public .
Very few people in cyberspace know how to use Facebook or Twitter they still think it is an e tension of Orkut ...Lol.
I am on the internet since 2004..

Hey @Flickr Its time you got rid of that greeting Hola Bonjour Good Morning come up with something new reinvent

Kahin door jab din dhal jaye Saanjh ki dulhan badan churaaye chupake se aaye

Yahan kal kya ho kisne jaana

(Maut aani hai ayegi ik din
Jaan jaani hai jayegi ik din)
Aisi baaton se kya ghabrana
Yahan kal kya ho kisne jaana
Zindagi ek safar hai suhana
Yahan kal kya ho kisne jaana

Thus Spake Danny Denzongpa

It's what I learn from the great actors that I work with. Stillness. That's all and that's the hardest thing. Morgan Freeman

Dressing Up Mr Danny Denzongpa

And costume is so important for an actor. It absolutely helps to get into character; it's the closest thing to you, it touches you. Some actors like to go into make-up and then put their clothes on, but I like to dress first; that's my routine. Gary Oldman

The Great Parrot Robbery

Mumbai has ingenious robbers thieves scamsters and the cosmic criminal mind at work a few steps ahead of the cops all the time .
I was at Shastri Nagar Santa Cruz and as I was stepping out of the rickshah a pet shop owner called me in to his shop I know him well I have bought a few pairs of Java Sparrows from him .
He looked troubled and dramatically began telling me his story his pet store was broken in a few days back in the wee hours of the morning ..from the CC Tv of the restaurant the police came to know the thieves had bought a tempo they unloaded empty sweet boxes and bangle boxes outside his shop they made a wall of boxes one of the guys wrenched the shutter without breaking the lock removed about 10 African Parrots Brazilian rare Cockatoos each costing about 5 lacs ..and the owner Banarsi Bhai told me that the milk dairy was open the restaurant had just opened its shutters but nobody realized there was a robbery going on at his store .
The CC Tv at the Milan subway signal has caught the image of the tempo and the cops have promised to get back his birds but he looked sad defeated and at loss ..I told him you had such expensive birds you should have kept a watchman or a CC TV in the shop and he nodded his head ..
So this is Mumbai a city that never sleeps ...and the robbers thieves don't sleep either .
I wished him all the best I did not shoot any images but he loooked relieved as I carry a press card on my pouch ..and I took this bird picture from Google images to complete this story .
I don't know if the newspapers have carried it or not ..I hope they do he has invested a lot of money on these birds and he is in vicious situation .
